Participants will receive an order confirmation email, which is not a guarantee of eligibility. Orders will only be shipped to a USPS-deliverable address within West Virginia. Ineligible or incomplete requests will not be honored. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, or incomplete requests or orders, or for any printing, human, or typographical errors made in any offer-related materials or in the administration of the offer.
